Quick Stop for Healthier Snacks

Life on the go can be full of fun but also full of junk food. Keep reading for my favorite healthy bites found at your local 7-11!

  1. Try Think Bars for great nutrient dense protein bars. Not chalky or overly chewy. 18-20g of protein and 220-250 calories…a well deserved snack in my mind.

  2. 7 Eleven Snack Packs: A variety of nuts, dried fruits, crackers. Perfect size for an ‘on the go’ snack. I’m a sucker for any mix with cashews!

  3. Fresh FRUIT! Apples or Bananas are a fresh option to grab! I like that their apples are safely sealed. Bananas are always a YES since they are tucked in their own cocoon. (right?)

  4. Hydrate! Essentia Water is a supercharged ionized alkaline water. Infused with trace amounts of electrolytes.
