How do you stay fit?
Honestly I’m all for diversity.
Whatever class I’m feeling, or mood I’m in, or if it’s wash hair day.
This is one of my favorite HIIT Workouts without any equipment.
HIIT stands for High Intensity Interval Training: a great way to burn fat (helps you work harder to get your heart rate pumping at quicker intervals- with breaks to lower your heart rate below your working zone). Done at home or at the gym. Life gets busy - but if you can squeeze in 30 minute or so I promise you’ll feel a lot better!

Cardio HIIT Workout
~40 reps of each exercises
15-30 sec between each exercise
90 second break between rounds
Heart Rate should be above 140 in exercise and try to reduce below 100 during break
40 jumping jacks
(modification:alternative reach + toe taps)
40 plié squats and lift with jump
(modification: take out the jump)
40 knee pulls
(20 on each side)
40 squat jumps
(modification: stay in low squat + pulse)
40 finger to toe taps
(20 each side: can use hand behind the head)
40 bicycle crunches
