Sunday: Cardio JUMP (no jump rope needed)

Monday: Glutes + Guts (cause it’s fun to say)

Tuesday: BarreExpress (your favorite barre moves but a little faster transitions)

Wednesday: Cardio CORE (since it’s been a top pick for all of y’all!) Playlist for Cardio CORE

Thursday: Throwback to the days of MTV’s TRL (Top 10 songs to boogie and workout to!)
