Peanut Curry Dip
I’m a sucker for nut butter and Rusty's Nuts really is amazing (and based here in Israel)
My dip turned out a little spicier so feel free to tone it down.
4 tbsp peanut butter
1/2- 1 tbsp green curry paste
2 tbsp sesame oil
1 tbsp vinegar (apple cider or rice wine)
garlic + ginger to your liking (fresh or ground)
1 tbsp coconut amino (instead of soy)
2 tbsp coconut sugar or honey
up to 1/4 cup water to thin out the mixture
I measure loosely and taste often before serving
