12 Workouts! 20, 30, + 45 minute variations! You’ll have a calendar (and calendar reminders) of which day to do which workout, but feel free to switch it up. LIVE Workouts will be Tuesday + Thursday 6:30 am EST (13:30 Israel) and Saturday 10:30 am EST (17:30 Israel)

Meal Prep/Menu Design: You’ll get a few fun recipes BUT this time around I want to help you fuel your refrigerator and plate! I have guides, charts, and fun tips to shop, prep, and feed your body! *Passover/Vegan friendly recipes!

Mindfulness: Sunday + Wednesday Night Check Ins 9:00 PM EST (Israel will also be 21:00). A moment to review our goals, challenges, frustrations, and excitement together. Let’s use this time to create a safe space for each other. You’ll receive Daily Morning Affirmations via email + other journal prompts to use throughout the program.
