Yes it’s important to balance out our fitness goals with our food goals (and fun). I don’t love the phrase “Cheat Meal” it has such a negative stigma. BUT Make it a MOOD Happy Meal- something that is maybe a little messier and lifts the mood! Which is just as important for our Wellness Goals!
