1 1/4 cup Rolled Oats
2 tbsp seeds (chia seeds, flax seeds, hemp seeds)
1/2 cup nut butter (top picks Georgia Grinders or Rusty's Nuts )
1/3 cup sweetener (I go with maple syrup or date syrup!)
1/2 cup mix-ins! (raisins, dried fruit, other nuts, seeds, or Enjoy Life Chocolate Chips )
