I love YOGA.. all types and varieties. For different reasons.. but each has a special place in the health and fitness community.
So here is a quick calm FLOW for you to try out.
Let your FLOW speak to you. With music? With breathe? With the sounds of nature? Make it your own practice. There is NO right way to YOGA. Just be blessed that we are health and can allow our bodies to move.
Before jumping into your practice may I suggest an intention.
With this wild time may I suggest ‘Go with the Flow’. It’s ok to lose our patience, to be anxious, to be overwhelmed, angry with work or lack there of… but in the end we are ALL in this today. We are all in the unknown bubble, this day to day mystery, and possible scarier situations.
Allow your mind and body to flow… to move to negative and positive thoughts. Just know we are all in it together. To lift each other up and to share in our experience. Just don’t hug anyone right now ;)
