1 minute Bicycle Crunch (to tempo)
1 minute Jump Rope
1 minute Walk Outs (with or without push up)
1 minute Jump Rope
1 minute Sumo Squats
*Modifications: Reduce the time. Try 45 seconds of each instead. Lower impact option Jumping Jacks or Marching High Knees.
