Weighted Water Bottle Wednesday Workout

I had so much fun programming this one! Yes that alliteration did make me happier ๐Ÿ˜‰ itโ€™s the little things that keep up smiling right? ๐Ÿ˜ท.

4 rounds: 10-20 reps of each move: 30 second jump rope in between rounds.

Equipment: Your Mat, 6 pack of heavy waters, 1 liter water.

20 Sumo Squats- weight in your heels .chest lifted: 10 Lunges- weight above your head. back knee dropping down to the mat: 10 Dead Lifts- singles + both legs. back leg popped for balance. Planks- water pulls with opposite hand. 10-20 reps. Hold 10 seconds: 10 High Boat Toe Taps- can use hands behind you for support: 20 Single Leg Lateral Jumps- find your balance: can keep it slow or speed it up!
