Skaters: Fast Toe Taps (ball, yoga block, ledge): Wide 2nd Jumps with a double clap: Burpees (aim for 10-12) : Snow Boarders:
*Modifications: Slow the Tempo or try 4 rounds instead of 5.

4 rounds: 45 sec work: 15 sec break (just to transition moves): 30 seconds Marching Knees in between
Standing Twist with Weight: Toe Tap with Weight for Obliques: Wood Chopper (each side): Spiderman Plank (1 leg at a time + add push up): Flat Back Abs Hand to Toe Taps: Criss Crosses Lower Abs (hands under glutes): Russian Twist with Weight
*Modifications: Move slower and don’t rush the twist. Remove Weight: Smaller Range of Motion.
