Quick Intro

Hi! I’m Mallory Hope Schwartz. (my instagram is MalloryHopeS)

I grew up in Richmond, Virginia. I started dancing at a very young age and loved performing. I graduated with honors from the University of South Carolina with a degree in Sports and Events Marketing. There, I found my love for Fitness. I knew I would never be a professional dancer, but I wanted to stay active and share my excitement for movement. I have been teaching boutique fitness for almost 15 years. I spent time in Los Angeles attempting to jump into corporate life. But it was not the right fit for me. After 6 years in Los Angeles honing my skills in fitness as well as culinary, I came back to the east coast. The past 5 years I was in Atlanta, Georgia with my own Concierge Nutritional Planning Company (think fancy meal prep). I customize meals for families and couples, handle all their grocery shopping, even prepare the food ready for them at home. Simultaneously I was teaching barre, pilates, and yoga. I made Aliyah in December and am ready to bring all this energy to Israel!
