Make it HOMEMADE

Make it HOMEMADE

I have made and re-made 100 types of homemade granola bars… So let’s break it down!

Key ingredients

Oats… duh! Just make sure they say Gluten Free. I vote Thick Rolled Oats (not instant)

Seeds: I use pumpkin or sunflower seeds. are great sources of fiber. Seeds can help reduce blood sugar, cholesterol and blood pressure.

Nut Butter: I’m a sucker for nut butter. Especially Peanut Butter. Try Rustys Nuts all natural and local to Israel.

Sweetener: You’ll need a little extra touch to keep it all together. Date syrup, honey, maple syrup? All good options just make sure they’ll liquid (not grain sugar)
