Sunday: Cardio Bunny Hop

Monday: Movement *kid friendly workout

Tuesday: Arms + Abs since it was such a hit last week

Wednesday: Cardio DANCE

Thursday: TBT Jane Fonda Workout *costumes optional

Happy Bunny Hopping ❤️▪️30 minutes: 5 rounds of high + low impact moves▪️45 second work: 10-15 second break (1 minute break or so in between rounds)▪️Equipment: Your Mat, sneakers, towel + water

▪️30 minutes: Core and Upper Body Focus ▪️Equipment: Your Mat, whatever light weights you have on hand!
